This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Rajlaxmi Super Market. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
No Return on Grocery & Perishable Items
Due to the nature of grocery and daily essential products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Perishable goods including fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen items, and bakery products,
Opened, used, or partially consumed items
Items damaged due to customer handling
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to verify the issue before approving any replacement or refund.
Upon approval, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment only.
Any delivery or service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Rajlaxmi Super Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Right to Modify Policy
